La Serre Barista Bar
La Serre is Carita Express’ flagship barista bar project located on the ground floor of The Johnson Building, 77 Hatton Garden, London EC1N.
Bespoke to the Hatton Gardens campus, La Serre is designed to visually complement The Johnson Building’s interior while its inclusion in the reception area helps to provide a warm and inviting space to tenants and visitors alike.
Our team works closely with building management to ensure an enjoyable experience for each guest. We aim to bring new products and offers on a weekly basis and recently began a successful loyalty scheme to ensure our customers enjoy real value when caffeinating with us.
Behind the bar you’ll find a professional grade espresso machine, our signature hot chocolate machine, and two precision coffee grinders. Monday to Friday our friendly barista team serves gourmet coffee, roasted in Spain, and our own fair-trade, organic, and specially imported blend from Peru. We also work with a local bakery to offer a delicious selection of snacks and pastries to our customers.
Practically, La Serre is branded and designed by the building management and equipped, provisioned and staffed by Carita Express. The bar operates on a cost/profit share basis ensuring that this important asset is run efficiently and remains viable for all parties.
So, if your tenants or customers need a break from the screen they can come down and chat with our friendly baristas, grab a carefully crafted coffee (tea, smoothie, or shake!) and take a second to recharge.
