A blend of naturally roasted (70%) and torrefacto* roasted (30%) coffee beans.
* A very dark roast where sugar is added to the beans during the roasting process, yielding very dark (almost black) beans which are oily in appearance. Sometimes referred to as “Spanish Roast”.
