TASTE
The green coffee beans are immersed in water in order to extract the caffeine. The caffeine is then removed from the water using a special filter and the flavourful water is used to re-wash the green coffee helping to maintain the maximum flavour in our decaffeinated coffee. This coffee has been roasted to a style which will allow for a number of brewing options including espresso and filter. The water process ensures maximum flavour retention and a slower roasting time.

Every cup of coffee you drink helps the communities of San Antonio Do Amparo, Mona Gerais & Guima Estate farmers af the Alta Magiona region of Brazil.
This is through an Ethnical Premium of approximately 10% of the price of a tonne of green beans. In addition, all of our coffees support the MSIA School project in Tanzania.
INSTRUCTIONS
Your beans should ground to suit your preferred brewing method. Course grind for cafetiere, a medium grind for drip filter and fine grind for espresso. Try to brew straight after grinding.
Once open, try to consume within 2 weeks. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
